Take a bowl add in chana dal flour,rice flour,salt,curd mix it well pour in water make a smooth batter.

Grease an idli mould and keep it a side.

After some time add eno into the dhokla batter and pour this batter into idli moulds Then cover up idli moulds and put into microwave only 3minutes.

For tempering take a bagari add 1/2tsp oil to heat than add mustard seed,cumin seeds let it crackle then add (sugar,water mixture) and spread it on the idli dhokla.
