Ingredients

  1. For kebab
  2. 1 cupsoya chunks
  3. 4-5Boiled and mashed potatoes
  4. 1/2 cuproasted Bengal gram powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonchat masala
  8. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  10. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  11. 8-10chopped Mint leaves
  12. Few chopped cashew nuts and raisins
  13. Other ingredients:-
  14. Bread crumbs as required
  15. Corn flour slurry as required
  16. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soya chunks into hot water for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Then squeeze water from it and grind in mixer grinder.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients well mentioned in ' for kebab '.

  4. 4

    Make tikki shape from it.

  5. 5

    Dip each kebab in corn flour slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.

  6. 6

    Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil.
