Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmaida
  2. 1/4 cupcustard powder
  3. 1/2 tspgreen cardomon powder
  4. 1/4 cup+1 tbspbutter
  5. 1/4 cup+1 tbsp powdered sugar
  6. Few strands of saffron dissolved in warm milk
  7. Pinchbaking powder
  8. Few chopped pistachios

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl beat butter and sugar

    Mix flour, custard powder, baking powder, cardamom powder and keep aside.

    Mix dry ingredients with butter sugar mixture.Also add saffron milk to make cookie dough.

    Chill dough in fridge for 39 mins

  5. 5

    Heat oven at 180 degree. Make small balls of chilled dough and press and keep on lined baking tin.brush with saffron milk and press some chopped pistachios.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 15-18 mins.

    Let it remain on baking tray for few mins

  8. 8

    Then cool cookies on wire rack.
