Ingredients

  • 50 gmssoaked chana dal
  • 1 tbspbesan (optional)
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturneric powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspchaat mssala
  • To tasteSalt
  • HandfulCoriander leaves
  • 1-2Green chillies
  • For fryingCoconut / Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind soaked dal in course consistency on thicker side with little water. Add all the ingredients & mix well. Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins. Take a deep frying pan & make small or medium sized flat bites & fry. Can be enjoyed with green chutney or coconut chutney.
