Ingredients

  1. 50 gmssoaked chana dal
  2. 1 tbspbesan (optional)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspturneric powder
  7. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspchaat mssala
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. HandfulCoriander leaves
  12. 1-2Green chillies
  13. For fryingCoconut / Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind soaked dal in course consistency on thicker side with little water. Add all the ingredients & mix well. Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins. Take a deep frying pan & make small or medium sized flat bites & fry. Can be enjoyed with green chutney or coconut chutney.
