Chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, shallots, garlic, and celery and set aside.

Sauté the garlic and shallots in olive oil until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper and tomatoes.

Once they start to cook, add the ketchup and hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with avocado (seasoned with salt and olive oil). Delicious! 🥑🥫🌮
