Steps

Mix yeast with a little warm water and put aside for 5 minutes to proof

In a bowl mix flour, sugar, cardamon, salt, oil and the egg and mix well

Add the yeast mixture and mix

Gradually add the milk to make a soft dough

Cover with a wet kitchen cloth and let it rise for 1 hour

After 1 hour punch down the dough and roll out and make shapes with a glass then deep fry
