Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds stir it, add soaked rice/dal, chopped pumpkin, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cup water, stir it.

Close the cooker properly turn on the heat and reduce the heat to medium,cook it for 6-7 whistles on medium flames.

After 6-7 whistles, turn off the flame, open it and mash khichdi carefully.

Pumpkin khichdi is ready and serve.
