  • 225 gself rising flour
  • 225 gmargarine
  • 225 gsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla essence

Steps

    Grease the baking tin and pre heat the oven. Sieve the flour

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients together and use a hand mixer to mix till well mixed

  3. 3

    Pour in the baking tin and bale at 180 degrees

  4. 4

    When ready cool in a rack
