In wok add ghee let it melt.

Add vermicelli, mix well & fry for 2-3 mins

Add cardmom powder & mix well

Add milk and bring to boil

Add sugar and cook until milk thickens(approx 10 - 15 mins) & keep stirring in between,thn add condensed milk

In custard powder add milk & mix well

Now add dissolved custard powder and mix well

Add kaju powder

Boil for 5 mins

Turn off the flame & set aside

For topping : In frying pan add ghee & let it melt.

Add vermicelli, fry on low flame

Add dry fruits & fry for 2 mins

Add sugar & mix well fry for 5mins

Turn off the flame, add milk powder mix well & set aside

In serving dish add topping, prepared vermicelli and again topping

Garnish with almonds & serve!
