Make sugar syrup add sugar and water in a pan and boil it add cardamom powder and make 2thread consistancy syrup.

Now prepare the dough take Maida in a bowl add ghee and rub with ur finger and Palm nicely now add water and make a dough keep aside for 20min.

Now we prepare the stuffing firstly deseed the dates and chop it.

Now put a pan on flame add ghee now add chop dates and roast it untill they become soft and mashy now add mawa and roast it add sugar almond powder and roast it switch off the flame lastly add nutmeg powder and mix well.

Now cool down the mixture.

Now take dough and make small size balls and roll small thin poori put 1/2so stuffing in center and make potli.

Make all as hi potli like that.

Now hot the oil in kadhai and deep fry the all potli on medium flame untill golden and crispy.

Soak the potli in warm sugar syrup.

Garnish with pista slices.
