Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 250 gmSpring mix
  2. 200 gmBaby spinach
  3. 200 gmromaine lettuce chopped
  4. 1 cupwalnuts
  5. 100 gmGoat cheese crumbled or shredded sharp cheddar
  6. 3 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  7. 3 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  8. 2 tablespoonceasar ranch
  9. 2 tablespoonItalian herb dressing
  10. 1 tablespoonssweet onion sauce
  11. 4boiled eggs chopped
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. to tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the sauces with vinegar and oil and make a salad dressing

  2. 2

    Mix all the greens and walnuts together in a bowl with the dressing

  3. 3

    Add the goat cheese and eggs and mix lightly

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Serve. Tastes better when slightly cold
