250 gmSpring mix
200 gmBaby spinach
200 gmromaine lettuce chopped
1 cupwalnuts
100 gmGoat cheese crumbled or shredded sharp cheddar
3 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
3 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonceasar ranch
2 tablespoonItalian herb dressing
1 tablespoonssweet onion sauce
4boiled eggs chopped
to tasteSalt
to tastePepper

Steps

Mix all the sauces with vinegar and oil and make a salad dressing

Mix all the greens and walnuts together in a bowl with the dressing

Add the goat cheese and eggs and mix lightly
4

Add salt and pepper
5

Serve. Tastes better when slightly cold
