Ingredients

2ripe avocados
Juice and zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 clovegarlic
1small onion
Salt and pepper
1tomato, seeds removed
1little cilantro and mint

Steps

In a bowl, add the avocados cut into cubes, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together with a fork.

Add the garlic, onion, and tomato (seeds removed), all diced.

Finely chop the cilantro and mint. Mix everything together until well combined.

Serve with nachos! Enjoy!
