Ingredients

2 serving
  • 1 cupoats powder
  • 1/2 cuprava
  • 1onion chopped fine
  • 1green chilli chopped fine
  • 2-3 tablespooncarrot chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2 tablespooncurry leaves
  • 2 tablespooncoriander leaves chopped fine
  • 1 cupdahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tspsoda
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 cup curd in a bowl and add oats,rava,and all the chopped vegies in it.

  2. 2

    On the other side heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Then add mustard seeds when it cracker then add cumin seeds and after that add curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Afterwards mix it in oats batter.

  5. 5

    Then add salt and black pepper powder and just before cooking add soda.

  6. 6

    Heat the mould and grease with oil well. Fill ¾ of the mould with batter.

  7. 7

    Drizzle oil, cover and cook

  8. 8

    Cook till golden and evenly cooked.

  9. 9

    Now serve with mint chutney or coconut cutney
