Ingredients

3 hours 30 minutes
  1. 3-4 lbbeef roast
  2. 1 canmushroom soup
  3. 1 pkgdry onion soup
  4. 1 tbspworchestershire
  5. 1 tbspsteak sauce
  6. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  7. 1 canbeer
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tsppepper
  10. 1 tspgarlic salt
  11. 1onion

Steps

3 hours 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place roast in roster. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix together. Pour over roast. Slice onion and spread over the mixture and cover the roast. Bake 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Will make its own gravy for mashed potatoes!
