  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteGinger chilli paste
  • Water as required
  • 1 spoonEno
  • For tadka
  • 1 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonrai
  • 5-6Curry leaves
  • 2 tbspHara dhaniya
  • 1/2 tspWhite til
  • 2 tbspAnar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take bowl mix all things accept eno

  2. 2

    Grease plate put steamer in flame add water

  3. 3

    Add eno in batter should be littel thick

  4. 4

    Steam for 10 mins

  5. 5

    Then make tadka add in instant Khaman for garnishing hara dhaniya kadipata white til Anar

  6. 6

    After 5 mins cut in square Pisces and serve hot
