Mango Srikhand
Mango is the king of all food. This is very yummy dessert.
Steps

Take a cheese cloth and pour the yogurt and hang the cloth for 4-5 hours. The excess water will be discarded from yogurt. Then the hung yogurt will be ready.

Cut the mango and make mango pulp using grinder. If you don't have grinder then squeeze the mango very well and discard the fiber through strainer from them to get a smooth pulp.

Now in the bowl take the hung yogurt and sugar. Mix them very well so that no lumps should be present.

Give the mango pulp in the yogurt and mix them very well.

Now add the chopped almonds and pistachios and cardamom powder. Mix them very well.

Keep the bowl in fridge for 1 hour. Then serve it. Garnish with some chopped almonds and pistachios.
