Ingredients

  1. Round steak
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1 1/2 cupflour
  5. Oil (for frying, enough to cover bottom of the pan)

Cooking Instructions

    Start by tenderizing the meat.

    Then season it how you would like (I used onion flakes, onion powder, garlic flakes, garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley.)

  3. 3

    ‘Scramble the eggs, with the milk.

  4. 4

    Cut meat into strips. Coat in flour, shake off, dip into egg/milk mix. Then back into the flour.

  5. 5

    Fry in hot oil about 2 minutes.
