Cooking Instructions

Start by tenderizing the meat.

Then season it how you would like (I used onion flakes, onion powder, garlic flakes, garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley.)

‘Scramble the eggs, with the milk.
- 4
Cut meat into strips. Coat in flour, shake off, dip into egg/milk mix. Then back into the flour.

Fry in hot oil about 2 minutes.

So I was watching the pioneer woman this morning on food network (I love her and think she is super adorable) but unfortunately as much as I love her I usually don't use her recipes mostly because she feeds a ton of people and it usually isn't too healthy haha .
