A perfect evening snack made with puffed rice and fresh veggies. Crispy, sweet, spicy tangy, salty all in one with an amazing array of different flavours and texture. Simply yumm

Take a mortar, add chilli powder, garlic pods, cumin seeds & pinch of salt. Now take a pestle and crush them all into a fine paste.

2. Now add some water into the dry garlic chutney. Mix well and our chutney is ready. Keep it aside for now.

Take the Masala puffed rice in a bowl, add chopped onions 🌰, Chopped tomatoes 🍅, grated carrot 🥕, finely chopped coriander, Boondi, dry mixture, some Sev, chat masala, tomato 🍅 ketchup, garlic chutney & squeeze half lemon.

Now let’s start mixing the bhel puri. Mix it well so that the puffed rice gets coated with all the other ingredients.

5. Transfer the bhel to serving plates. Garnish with some broken puri’s and Sev and enjoy the snack.
