Peel raw mango and cut into small pieces

Take oil in cooker, add jeera, hing put raw mango pieces

Add dhaniya powder,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well

Put water and give 2 whistle

Take out whistle add saunf and pieces of gur

Mix well and let it cool for 10 minutes till Gur dissolves

Launji ready to eat with Parantha kulche and, any food

Store for long time
