Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  4. 2 piecesgarlic
  5. Pepper(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and shred the spinach

  2. 2

    Crush the garlic

  3. 3

    Put the oil in the pan to heat

  4. 4

    Add the spinach garlic and a little pepper,cover the pan and cook for one minute on low heat then open the pan and cook a little longer on high heat ensuring it doesn't change the colour

  5. 5

    Serve hot with stew and Ugali or rice.
