Ingredients

  • 1/4Red cabbage
  • 2medium carrots
  • 2medium tomatoes. No inner part of the tomato
  • Assorted bell peppers
  • 1 bunchlettuce
  • Salt to taste.
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1satchet of black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean well your vegetables.

  2. 2

    Dice them to your preference. I personally love Juliannes.

  3. 3

    In a big bowl, add them all together, add salt, lemon juice n black pepper.

  4. 4

    Mix nicely.

  5. 5

    Transfer it in a salad bowl ready for service.

  6. 6

    Chill abit.. Optional).

  7. 7

    Serve when ready.
