Steps

Heat oil temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf and green chilli

Add Potatoes and saute for a while add salt and turmeric powder

Now add the cabbage and keep stirring adding green peas
- 4
Add ginger and coconut and saute,cover it
- 5
As the Potatoes and cabbage get soft add green chillies sugar and garam masala powder
- 6
Serve it with plain rice or chapati
