To begin with add some water to wok put potato cubes, salt and boil potatoes (dont over cook)

Once thts done, drain the cooked potatoes & set them aside to cool.

Now place a pan over medium heat & tip in the oil, followed by cumin seeds let it crackle thn add greenchilles, turmeric and cook them for 20 seconds

The next step is to add cooked potatoes into the pan, & saute them for one minute

To add a touch of acidity, pour in the lemon juice & stir until it get absorbed by the potatoes

Add in the coriander leaves & stir to complete the jeera aloo

Green chilles can be substituted with dried red chilli flakes or powder

U can add dry mango powder(amchur) instead of lemon juice
