I wanted to make a sauce for my gammon steaks and this came to me something different with chorizo. Also add it to toast, Bacon, Pork as a breakfast treat #Chorizo

Boil the slices of chorizo in the boiling water for about 30 mins to strain off most of the spice. Then chop it up as small as you can.

Peel and chop apples and boil them in a 3 tbls water with 2 tbls sugar until its mushy.

Add the chorizo to the Apple mix. You could put them in a blenda for a little bit to cut up and be more of a mushed up texture.

Add a little honey to the mix stir in and add a bowl.and add a spoonful with Gammon,Bacon,add on toast.

Add 4 tbls hot water before blending

Boiled apple mix it in

Add the 2 tbls honey to the mix.

Stir in and serve when ready.
