Ingredients

1 cupflour
3 tbspsugar
1 tbspyeast
1 tbspcardamon
Halfa cup milk
Lemon zest
1 tbspmargarine
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Mix dry ingredients together that is flour,sugar,yeast,cardamon.

Mix warm milk with yeast and margarine then make a hole at the middle of dry ingredients and pour the milk with yeast and use to form a dough
3

Make 4 balls and cut into desired shape as above photo

Finally fry in oil
