For red chutney: Grind the red chutney all ingredient in a mixi for smooth paste

For green chutney :Same way make green chutney mix all ingredient given on ingredients box make smooth paste

For aloo masala :heat the Oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed then add curry leaves, boiled mash aloo, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt mix all the ingredient stir it for 2-3 min in medium flame

Then take a bread slice spread one side green chutney then add aloo masala spread all over bread take another bread slice spread red chutney then cover it property then cut

Then make batter for coating take one bowl add besan, red chilli powder, turmeri powder, fruit salt,salt and water mix it well no lumps should be there batter consitency should be like idli batter not thick not watery type

Heat the Oil for frying after oil is hot deep the chutney masala bread into batter then pour into the oil fry from both the side

Chutney masala bread pakoda is ready to serve hot with tomato sauce
