Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.)packages of oriental flavored ramen noodles
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil
  • 4green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1small carrot peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 1/4 cupred bell pepper, minced
  • 2table spoons of sesame oil
  • soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the ramen for 3 minutes then drain

  2. 2

    Cook the eggs scrambled in a pan

  3. 3

    Mix veggies and cook in a 0an for 2-3 minutes

  4. 4

    Cook the noodles in a pan for 3-5 minutes adding seasonings and sauces

  5. 5

    Mix all together in pan and cook a tad longer
