In a pan add water and let it boil

Salt,carom seeds, sesame seeds,

Then add baking soda and mix well

Then add rice flour and mix well

Then let it cover and cook for 5-7 min on low heat

Stir once in between

Then serve it hot in serving dish and sprinkle pickle masala and oil on top
