  17. 5-6sabut lahsan peel kiye huye chopped kiye huye
  18. 2boiledpotato

  20. 5curry leaves(chopped)

    Litty dough banane ke liye wheat flore tho chammach oil aadhi chammach ajwain aadhi chammach kalaugi milk dalker namak dalker dow soft dough bana le.

    Bangan bharta ke liye bangan tamater ko gass me paka le chilke ko peel kar or aalu ko mix kar le khadhi ko garamkarke tho chammach oil lahsan mirch namak dalker aachi tarah mila le thori si dhania patti dalker serve karein

    Dhania ki chutni ke liye barik kate dhania tho chammach hari mirch tamater payaj curry patti namak dalker ghadhi chuni banale

    Litty shakne ke liye aate ke chote chote loyee bana le ab sattu ke matariol ko stuff karein pre heat oven me 200 degree celcious per 10 min ke liye pakale ab 10 min tak grill kar le beech beech ghumate raha ab bartan me ghee le le litty dubote jaye tayar hai litty.
