Take a bowl add weat flour,gram flour, ginger and garlic paste, chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, spinuch puree,dry mango powder, salt and make soft dough

Take a rest dough for 1/2 hour

Now make the paratha

Grease oil on tawa put this paratha and shallow fry from both sides
- 5
Spinch paratha is redy to serve it serve with tomato chutney
