Steps

Take a deep pan (kadai) hot oil add mustard seeds to the oil and fry for the few seconds..

Add oinon and green chillies to it, cook 5 mins. Cook Until the onion is translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes and all spices,turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt mix it and cook for 2 mins

Now add sugar mix it well now cover the pan or cook for 5 mins.

After 5 mins your sabji is ready now add garam masala..

Your khatta mitha tamater pyaj sabji is ready garnish with coriander leaves.. And serve with aloo paratha, puri Daal roti..
