Rinse Drain and wipe mushrooms properly. Either half them, quarter them or slice them as you require.

Heat oil and the mushrooms stir and saute till they are cooked. It takes few minutes.

Make sure all sweated water from mushroom is dry and they become golden from sides

Lower the flame now and add all the dry masala 1 by 1 red chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir for 4- 5 mins

Now add besan and saute well for 2 3 min remove from heat and add whisked curd
- 6
Stir well and season with salt

Keep the pan on stove and saute for 4 5 mins till all masala is dry and coated well to mushrooms

Stir well and garnish with lemon wedges and coriander
