Ginger cookies

Steps

Sieve flour, baking powder and ginger and set aside

Cream the sugar and margarine till light and fluffy. Add in the icing sugar and keep beating

Add in the egg and vanilla essence and beat

Fold in the flour. Cover the dough with a cling film and keep in the fridge for 1 hr

Preheat the oven. Cut the dough in desired sizes. Place on the baking try and press with a fork.

Bake for 10 mins atb150degrees. Romove from oven and place them on the rack to cool and be cruncy.

Serve and enjoy with hot tea
