  1. 1brinjal sliced
  2. 1teasle gourd sliced
  3. 1cucumber sliced
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil

    Marinate the vegetables with salt turmeric powder and sugar

    Heat oil and add the slices

    Cover and cook from both the sides

    Serve it with plain rice and ghee
