It is one of the healthy and tasty recipies of paneer.
Steps

In a bowl add hot milk and paneer cubes. Add 1 tabespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt and keep aside for 10-15 min.

Heat a pan with butter. Add sliced onion and chopped garlic green chilli and fry till it become soft. Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder and salt and saute till the raw aroma goes out.

Add paneer cubes and the whole milk and cover the pan. Cook for 10 min on low flame.

Add sugar and switch off the flame and milky paneer is ready to be served
