Wash and soak idlyrice and in another bowl udad dal +methi seeds for 8 hours then grind it with 1/2 cup cooked rice. add salt to taste and keep for fermentation, whole night.
Idly pour laddle full of batter in greased idly plate and steam for 8-10 mins..let it cool for 2-3 mins and thn scoop out with the help of spoon..serve with chutney and sambar.

Paniyaram-Let the tadka cool little and pour in the batter and mix well.Heat paniyaram pan and add oil and pour batter and cook on medium low covered...thn flip and cook other side.serve paniyaram with chutney and sambar.

Add 1/4 cup water to 1 cup batter for dosa consistency, swirl on hot tawa and cook till golden,add ghee to yhe sides and put masala in the middle and close two sides and serve..

Sambhar
1 cup toor dal soak for 1 hour pressure cook with salt, turmeric,red chilli powder fir 2 whistle add pearl onions,1 cut tomato,1 carrot cut and cook add 2 tsp sambhar powder and 1 tbsp imli water cook and give tadka of raai,while red chillies and curry leaves. - 5
Tasty and satisfying breakfast is ready with 1batter.
