Take half cup barley. Clean it..

Wash and then Soak barley for 6 to 8 hours.

Pressure cook barley 4 to 5 wistles/ boil till it become soft..

Mix all the other ingredients in the boiled barley.. garnish with mint leaves...and serve it cold..

Tips: you can have boiled barley with honey, dry fruits and fruits.. while boiling you can add your choice dal and porridge masala...you can also add jalapenos, olives....can also have with curd, mint and Coriander chutney, imli chutney garnish with sev..you can also have hot barley add chilli powder, Coriander powder, salt as per taste mix with your choice oil...
