Ingredients

  • 500 gmPotato
  • 16Bread slices
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspAmchoor
  • 3-4Green chillies
  • 100 gmGreen coriander (chopped)
  • 1 pieceGinger long
  • Salt as per taste
  • Refind Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes in a cooker. Let them cool down, peel them&then mash. Now take a wak& pour 1ts oil into it.

    Once the oil heat upthen put green chilli, ginger &coriander powder roast them&then put massed potatoes into it along with amchoor-, garam masala, salt. Mix the spices well. The potato filling is ready.

    Divide it into 16 equal parts & roll it into a cylindrical shape.

    Now cut the hard corners of all the bread slices. Take a bowl with a water& dip the bread into it. Press the soaked bread with hand to a squeeze out the water from it.

    Put the potato roll on the bread & close it from all the sides.

    Now take a wak &heat oil in it. Put this bread roll into the wak& fry it. U can fry 3-4 bread roll in one time. Fry the bread roll till it turns brown& crispy from all sides. Take a plate & take out the bread roll on it. Make more bread roll in THe same manner.

  7. 7

    Serve the bread roll with green chutney, tomato ketchup.
