Ingredients

24 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1 cupNatural Peanut Butter
  3. 300 gbutterscotch chips
  4. 200 gmulticolour miniature marshmallows

Steps

  1. 1

    In a heavy saucepan on very low heat, melt together butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Stir constantly to keep the blend smooth.

  2. 2

    Allow mixture to cool slightly so as not to melt the marshmallows

  3. 3

    Blend in mini marshmallows until all are coated

  4. 4

    Pour into a greased 11"x13" pan. Refrigerate until set then cut into small 1.5" squares.
