Steps

Wash and cut the curry leaves.Chop Onions,green chillies.

Using a pestle and mortar or a spice grinder, coarsely grind or pound the coriander leaves.

Mix together in a bowl – besan, rice flour,coriander seeds, chopped curry leaves,onions,chilli powder, and salt
Add enough water to make a thick batter and mix thoroughly. - 4
Add the baking soda to pakoda batter and mix again.

Heat oil in a pan and drop in pakodas by using the hand.
Deep fry and transfer into a paper towel. - 6
Serve hot with Sauce and Chutneys.Very crispy and tasty.
