It's been my favourite dessert bar for years and HERE is how my Mom always made it.
Steps

In a heavy saucepan on very low heat, melt together butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Stir constantly to keep the blend smooth.

Allow mixture to cool slightly so as not to melt the marshmallows
- 3
Blend in mini marshmallows until all are coated
- 4
Pour into a greased 11"x13" pan. Refrigerate until set then cut into small 1.5" squares.
