Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 2.2 poundscoarse couscous
  2. 1chicken, cut and cleaned
  3. 4zucchinis
  4. 4peeled potatoes
  5. 4peeled carrots
  6. 2onions
  7. 1 cupcooked chickpeas
  8. 1 cantomato paste
  9. 1 tablespooncorn oil
  10. Salt, chicken spices, ginger, bay leaves, cumin, turmeric

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the chicken and add all the spices except for the turmeric.

  2. 2

    Cut the vegetables into large cylinders and squares, and add them to the chicken until cooked.

  3. 3

    Place the couscous in a strainer over a pot of hot water on the stove, stirring continuously for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!
