In a basin, put the hot water

Add the sugar and salt and stir.

The dough is not very hot now and use your hands to knead for at least 15 minutes

Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest.

After the dough has rested it should be easy to roll.

Roll the dough on a big table, apply some oil on the dough. Using a knife cut the dough long stripes.

Take one stripe and fold it to make a round ball. Repeat the process till done

Once done, put your pan on the gas. Roll out the dough balls into round circle.

Choma with mafuta till ready.
