Simple, healthy and taste homemade steamed kale salad. A great alternative to traditional salads and a great sauce of nutrients and a balanced diet.

Clean all veggies thoroughly and cut them as desired

Boil a pot of water and steam your veggies on top of the open boiling pot for 5 minutes.

Put your steamed veggies in a separate bowl and season with black pepper, salt, lemon and olive oil.

Enjoy as salad or you can add other ingredients like eggs, boiled potatoes and tuna and serve as a main meal
