1st sock chana dal 5 to 6 hours... And grind dal in mixer... Put in a bowl add paste, chopped onion and chilli, turmeric powder, cumin, salt and mix it...

Now put a pan on gas... Heat oil... Now drop spoonfuls of the batter in medium hot oil... Fry the chana dal pakoras till crisp and golden...

Drain the pakoras on pepper towels to remove excess oil...

Serve chana dal pakoras hot with green chutney or red chilli tomato sos and hot tea.... Thankyou 😍😄
