Steps

In a pot, mix all the ingredients except for the lime

Place the pot on medium heat and cook until the mixture boil a few times. Allow to simmer.

Remember to check for salt.

Squeeze lime after cool
- 5
I like to add fishball or tofu in step 2 :)

Serve with rice or iddiyappam(string hoppers)
