Dry roast Suji & oats in a pan.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat appe pan on medium flame.

Make lemon size balls with dough.

Drizzle some oil in each pit of appe pan.

Place veggie balls one by one in each pit.

Cover glass lid of appe pan.

Cook them on medium to slow flame. Once it turns golden from bottom, flip it and cook again till golden from bottom.

Check with tooth pick. If it comes out clear. Then appe are ready. transfer them on serving plate.

Serve hot with green chutney.
