Sprouted Dal Vada

#MONSOONDELIGHTS.
Dal vada is made with soaking chana dal,chillies and without other ingredients. I used two types of sprouted dal one is moth and moong( mothbean and green gram) along with chana dal.

Dal vada is made with soaking chana dal,chillies and without other ingredients. I used two types of sprouted dal one is moth and moong( mothbean and green gram) along with chana dal.
Steps

Soak Chana dal for 3-4 hours.

Drain water from chana dal take it into mixie jar, add sprouted moong and moth.

Add ginger pieces, cummin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chillies and salt.

Coarsely grind without adding water.

Take it out now add finely chopped onion, and mix.

Heat oil for frying

Before frying add pinch soda and mix well.

Apply oil on your palm make a round ball, keep the ball on your left palm gently press it.

Slowly add into oil, fry on medium heat

Fry till golden in colour.

Remove on tissue paper
